Our experience includes representing clients involved in financing, leasing, and permitting (land use, zoning, environmental), as well as the sale and purchase of all types of real property. We represent lenders and borrowers in a variety of transactions, including work-outs, restructuring and enforcement of remedies.
We have proven experience in all areas of real estate development and municipal law. This includes: zoning and subdivision; condemnation; code compliance; plan review and permitting; environmental; real estate tax assessments, abatement’s and appeals; historic rehabilitation; waterfront development; and submerged lands. We regularly practice before administrative boards and agencies and have experience in addressing municipal governments and agencies.
