We represent lenders and borrowers in a variety of transactions, including work-outs, restructuring and enforcement of remedies.

We have proven experience in all areas of real estate development and municipal law. This includes: zoning and subdivision; condemnation; code compliance; plan review and permitting; environmental; real estate tax assessments, abatement’s and appeals; historic rehabilitation; waterfront development; and submerged lands. We regularly practice before administrative boards and agencies and have experience in addressing municipal governments and agencies.
