Phil has been in private practice since 1994 and represents clients in matters including Real Estate and Land Use, Estate Planning, Business Law and Civil Litigation. He has an extensive background in matters surrounding the purchase and sale of improved and unimproved property, construction, leasing, partnerships, subdivision of property, zoning and land use. He regularly consults with real estate developers and a diverse group of business clients on complex matters involving commercial and residential real estate, including corporate structure, finance and strategy. 

Phil has been intimately involved in structuring real estate transactions to develop increased net worth and liquidity for the principals of various companies. A recent noteworthy case included representing one client group over several years in the acquisition, zoning, development and disposition of projects with total market value of approximately $100,000,000.

Phil also has jury trial experience and has appeared before numerous judicial, administrative and governmental bodies, representing clients in diverse matters ranging from general negligence matters to complex medical malpractice cases.

Prior to joining the Firm, Phil was with the firm of Florio & Perrucci, PC in Piscataway, NJ, which was headed by former New Jersey Governor Jim Florio. The focus of his practice there was handling personal injury and complex litigation matters. He later managed the firm’s South Jersey office in Marlton, New Jersey as resident counsel. He also acted as a consultant to the Governor’s Philadelphia based business advisory firm, The Florio Group, representing small businesses in various projects.
